Pneumatic ball valve consists of pneumatic double cylinder gear-rack actuator and ball valve to present strong function small volume lightweight reliable performance simple matching large flow capacity etc.. Compared with ordinary pneumatic ball valve it has compact structure small volume lightweight less retention material superior seal performance and the close distance between the seat and end flange. This valve is suitable for high seal requirement which is widely applied in chemical petroleum pharmaceutical light industry and so on. 
As a device to automatically switch and cut off the pipeline of oil water gas pulp and fibrous fluid this product is suitable to various switch services of tight sealed pipeline.
Configured with Regulator, filter and reducing pressure valve,this pneumatic regulation ball valve makes the accurate flow control of pipeline.

1)One-piece structuresmall sizeIt's about 50% lighter than ordinary ball valve.
2)No leakage of double-sides PTFE sealing.
3)Optional  V-notch cut, Recengular-cut ball.
4)Pneumatic piston actuator is divided into two types of spring-type and spring-free type. When the valve is required to be fully opened or closed under fault it is equipped with spring type (by restoring tension of spring). When it is required to maintain position under fault it is equipped with no spring type.It is mainly composed of cylinder body spring piston piston rod front and rear cylinder head rack output shaft and other components.
