The motor is designed according to the valve operating characteristics with high starting torque, low starting current and smaller rotation inertia. The stators winding with a inbuilt overheat protector (automatic recovery type) to stop the motor to protect whole set of equipment safety when the valve was blocked.
★Precision gear This actuator consists of precision tangent multistage gear and shaft made of superior steel with heat treatment to present high strength, good abrasion resistance, and to withstand a long-term fatigue load. The gear mechanism is filled with molybdenum grease of imported food grade to complete the permanent lubrication without inspection or maintenance.
★Torque transmission output mechanism In any position, the valve can be locked by the worm gear and worm stem made of high strength special alloy materials by precision machining. The worm gear and output shaft is an integral structure to fundamentally eliminate torque transmission interval problem to ensure more reliable transmission.

★Mechanical limited device Mechanical stroke limit bolt made of stainless steel and a limited stopper can precisely adjust the actuator to be a required angle. In order to conveniently modulate, the bolt is at the outside of body, and which is locked at required position by stainless steel nut after finishing each adjustment. Limit angle is usually set to 0~900 in the factory.(Custom angle depends on the customer )
